Cooks has always been our go 2 place when planning a trip whether in advance or spur of the moment.. The staff on hand are completely amazing and as sweet as can be.. Close to pretty much everything fun for the kiddos and restaurants..

This motel is located close to activities normally open during peak season. The motel is definitely older but that didn't take away from it being clean, provided us with plenty of towels and washcloths, a very firm bed and a great rate for your budget. The shower water was hot, water pressure was good and tv worked fine. It provided kid channels and made my daughter happy. Check in and out was very efficient. The rate was inexpensive so that was a plus! The bathroom was stocked with plenty of toilet paper too. Our bed was extremely firm. I was concerned about it but I slept fine. There are no lamps in the room, just overhead lighting. The door had a good seal on it to keep any critters out of the room. I'm terrified of bugs but found none whatsoever.

The price was nice. I mean if you was looking for a 5 star hotel this wasn't it. But I look at as I was able to spend more money on the fun stuff. More so than a room I dint plan on staying in all weekend . Shower sleep that's it

The location of this motel is perfect. Not too far from all the fun stuff and very close to a beautiful state park. The pool is new and the beds are comfy.

It was reasonable for me..you get what you pay for..it was some of the guest that I assumed were long tenates fighting ,busting out windows so I was afraid of the sudden violence that could take place.other then that I would have stayed a lil longer for the bugget I have staff was very nice..

The new color paint. Trying to keep up with the times. It was cute. Near all the food and stores. Around the corner from the beach. Everything worked in the room. That's always a plus.
